亲爱的小朋友们，
雨下到不知道时候的时候，王老师就要与你们告别了。小朋友们一定还记得这个学期的那首诗《月亮》的最后几句：月亮不过是诸般象征中的一个，实为命运与机缘的刻意造物。那也让王老师假借它的名义，抒发离别之际的感触吧！
虽然王老师不能再与你们一起探索语文书中的大千世界，但如果你们能够热爱读书，想起来的时候对着碑帖练练字，那王老师心中定是万分欢喜的！
当然也有件高兴事儿要同你们分享，王老师马上也要出国继续探索知识的边界了！为此我做了很多努力，所以可以的话，小朋友们也要从小认真学习英语，感受地球文明的多面之美，可不要永远做那"井底之蛙"哦！
说到最后，"古人今人若流水，共看明月皆如此。"即使我们不能再见一面，但你会知道，我们抬起头来看到的月亮仍然是同一个哟！

Dear little ones,
By the time the rain no longer knows when to stop, Teacher Wang will have to say goodbye. You must still remember the last few lines of our poem this semester, "The Moon": the moon is merely one among many symbols — a deliberate creation of fate and chance. So let Teacher Wang borrow its name to express what I feel at this moment of parting.
Although Teacher Wang can no longer explore the vast world inside our textbooks with you, if you can keep your love of reading alive, and practise your calligraphy against the old stone-rubbing copybooks whenever you think of it, then Teacher Wang will be truly, deeply happy.
Of course, there is also a piece of good news to share: Teacher Wang is about to go abroad to keep exploring the frontiers of knowledge! I worked very hard for this, so if you can, please study English seriously from a young age, and feel the many-sided beauty of civilisation on this planet. Don't be a "frog at the bottom of the well" forever!
And at the very last — as the ancient verse goes, "People of the past and present flow on like water; together they gaze upon the same moon." Even if we cannot meet again, you will know: when we look up, the moon we see is still the very same one.
